18 and a month today

Hey everyone that has me on his or her friend list, and others, you know who you are.

So, as the subject title says today, I'm 18 and a month old . . . still no driver's license, but I do have my halloween costume, ie frilly french maid dress, to wear to Sydney's birthday/halloween party.

Speaking of Syd, she's getting a tattoo! Ouch! I do like the design she picked out though, it's not all jumbly. Good taste in permanent body art. I've always enjoyed the henna tattoos myself, they're fun to wear.

Awards banquet was last night, fun, hate didn't go last year. Almost regret not getting taped for all to see on either of two giant projector curtains . . . almost. I also don't have my actual letter yet because of not going last year, and if any of you reading know about those sweaters and jackets one can buy for letters, please clue me in, I know nothing.

Know Nothings, Mrs. Hasterok would choke me for not knowing when they were around . . . things like that pop into my head often.

And sororities, if I have the money, I'm definitely going to try to get into one. Yes, laugh. Laugh laugh laugh. I'm laughing too. I have one that I really like . . . but their mascot . . . oh the dirty jokes associated with the squirrel. I'm nutty enough, aren't I?


Also, my new computer is finally up and running, but to my great dismay, it will not play the sims2. You know why? CD drive . . . can't read it. Enough memory to eat my old laptop alive, enough speed, plenty of everything, but not the reader.

Another thing I'd do if I could afford it is subscribe to xm radio. Man, what entertainment. Three day trial hooked me. It has my music guys, it has it all.
